Sunday October 22, 2pm

Curious about local bats? Join us Sunday October 22 at 2pm for a special visit with Aimee Mitchell from the Community Bat Program of BC! Aimee will be sharing a presentation on bats, talk about their habits and habitats, dispel some popular myths and offer tips for helping these incredible creatures out (half of the 16 species of bats in BC are a conservation concern).

This session is oriented to adults but children are welcome to attend, and be sure to bring your questions! There is no charge to attend but space is limited, so please call 604.792.6612 in advance to register. For more information on ‘Got Bats’, click here. Please note, live bats will not be present for the visit (they’re sleeping).
