Feeling Well & Ready to Garden?

Then come in for a visit! In order to maintain the health and well-being of our team members and customers, please follow these guidelines for shopping in our store:

  • Please do not enter if you are exhibiting Covid or flu-like symptoms or are feeling ill We hope you are feeling AMAZING, but if you have symptoms including: fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, new muscle aches or headache, basically symptoms of cold, flu or respiratory illness, please refrain from entering the store. Thank you!
  • Please continue to keep at least 2m (6’+) from team members and other customers at all times! We are still asking folks to give our team members and those around you lots of room! Please ask first before approaching team members closely if you would like to show them something on your phone.
  • Mask are no longer required  As per government/public health guidelines, as of March 11, 2022, masks are no longer required.
  • We’re keeping it clean We have hand-sanitizer stations available to customers just inside the store entrance, at our Info Center, at the door to the edibles area and at the main cashier area. Cart sanitizer and towel is available at the store entrance if you would like to take a cart from outside. We will continue to sanitize high-touch areas throughout the day.
  • Please follow the direction of our team Whether this is regarding our checkout procedure, keeping a safe distance etc. Their guidance is for everyone’s well-being.
  • Pets are welcome, provided they are on a short (3’ or less), fixed-length leash, controlled at all times and cleaned up after promptly.
  • Please mind your step, particularly if you are in soft soled shoes. We have to keep our plants hydrated, especially during the summer months, which means there may be water on our floor surfaces. Please mind your step, particularly if you are wearing flip flops, crocs, or soft or foam-soled shoes.

Thank you so much everyone for your patience, understanding and support as we continue to navigate through Covid! We truly appreciate it!
