Plants

With receipt and within 7 days of  purchase with the plant in its original  condition and container: Exchange or refund only (to the original method of payment provided).

Treatment Products

Chemical or natural based, including fertilizers, pesticides & organics: No returns; all are final sale.

Non-perishable Items

With receipt and original packaging/tags attached: Can be returned for a full refund (to the original method of payment provided) within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days and up to 21 days from the purchase date, a store credit will be issued. No returns after 21 days, with the exception of the Christmas return policy.

Fashion Items

For hygienic purposes, jewellery, hats, socks/footwear are FINAL SALE.

Sale Items

That are not Final Sale, with receipt and original packaging/tags attached, are exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase.

Please note, we reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on sizeable returns.
